- Responsible for the product work of Xiaohongshu's advertising client workbench, exploring the management needs and pain points of advertisers, and promoting product iterations.
- Work closely with the business team to drive product implementation based on customer feedback and operational needs.
- Establish industry awareness and understanding in the advertising industry, pay attention to and collect dynamic information about products in the industry, explore customer pain points, and independently propose product solutions to ensure the achievement of business and product targets.
- In terms of project management, follow up on project progress, promote requirement development and launch, effectively communicate with internal and external teams, and improve project quality.

- Graduating in 2025 or later, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above, with a certain understanding of B2B merchants, and preferably with internship experience in advertising or CRM products.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently across teams, strong logical thinking, and strong data analysis skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, enjoy exploring new things and new models, and have strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience using product design tools such as Figma/Axure, and proficient in SQL with a certain level of data analysis skills.
- Available for at least 5 days a week, with an internship period of no less than 6 months.
